Earlier versions of the Court's Rules, Procedures Manual, and Implementation Order are now in the Archives section of this web site.  The revised CM/ECF Administrative Procedures are included in the revised Procedures Manual.

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri (“Court”) is in the process of revising its Local Rules to become effective December 1, 2026.  The thirty-day comment period ended on Monday, August 3, 2026.  All comments were duly discussed and considered.  Below is a clean copy of the proposed revisions, a redline copy of the proposed revisions, and a document explaining the revisions and their rationale.  This is the version of the rules that will be submitted to the District Court and Circuit Court for their review and consideration.  Please contact attorney_advisor@moeb.uscourts.govfor any questions concerning the rules revision process.
