Earlier versions of the Court's Rules, Procedures Manual, and Implementation Order are now in the Archives section of this web site.  The revised CM/ECF Administrative Procedures are included in the revised Procedures Manual.

     The United States Bankruptcy Court is holding its 2025 Local & National Bankruptcy Rule Changes Seminar on November 14, 2025, from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. The seminar has been approved for 1.8 hours of Missouri CLE credit. CLE Certificates of Attendance will be emailed to attendees after the seminar. A rebroadcast of the live seminar is available on November 17, 18, and 19, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm for those unable to attend the live seminar.
