Parties wanting to appear telephonically must obtain prior consent by contacting the Courtroom Deputy assigned to the Judge presiding over the hearing via email in order to request approval from Chambers for their telephonic appearance.
 
NOTE: Recording telephonic proceedings from any location by any means is strictly prohibited. The audio recording maintained by the Bankruptcy Court is the sole basis for creation of a transcript and constitutes the official record of the telephonic proceeding.
