CM/ECF (Case Management/Electronic Case Filing) is the electronic docketing system used by the US Bankruptcy Court. The system allows users to view and file court documents over the internet. A PACER login and password are required to use the CM/ECF system. Please click on the CM/ECF Login & Password Information link on the left menu, for PACER registration information. Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is now required for all PACER accounts. Additional information about MFA can be found on the PACER website at MFA Tips and Resources | PACER: Federal Court Records. You must be admitted to practice in the Bankruptcy Court to receive a CM/ECF login and password, to file documents. The Court's Motion for Pro Hac Vice can be found in the Forms section of the Court's web site, under any of the Chapters. The motion must be filed in the Bankruptcy Court. The cost to file this motion is $150.00. You may pay by phone via credit card by contacting the Financial Specialist (314) 244-4902 or by sending a check made payable to "Clerk, U.S. District Court" in the amount of $150.00.
