Attorneys must have an individual PACER account and be admitted to practice in the United States District Court - Eastern District of Misssouri to receive permission to file documents in this Court. For those attorneys not admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Missouri, the Court's Motion for Pro Hac Vice (Local Form 7) can be found in the Forms section of the Court's web site, under any of the Chapters. The motion must be filed using Local Form 7 in the Bankruptcy Court, accompanied by a check made payable to "Clerk, U.S. District Court" in the amount of $100.00.
A PACER login and password are required to file and receive electronic notice through the CM/ECF System. Each registered participant is allowed one PACER login. To gain access to file documents in this Court, you must complete CM/ECF training and /or qualifying exercises. Once those requirements are met, you may request a login and password through PACER.
