The United Stated Bankruptcy Court – Eastern District of Missouri has converted to CM/ECF NextGen. As such, parties must have an individual PACER account to electronically file documents in this Court. More information regarding access to CM/ECF NextGen for this Court can be obtained here.
Pro Hac Vice
For those attorneys not admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Missouri, a Motion for Pro Hac Vice should be filed to gain admittance to practice in a specific case. The motion must be filed using Local Form 7 in the Bankruptcy Court, accompanied by a check made payable to "Clerk, U.S. District Court" in the amount of $150.00.
Training
A PACER login and password are required to file and receive electronic notice through the CM/ECF System. Each registered participant is allowed one PACER login. Attorneys already filing electronically in any other federal Court may request a login and password through PACER to gain access to file documents in this Court. Attorneys who are not already filing electronically in any other federal Court must complete CM/ECF training and/or qualifying exercises before requesting a login and password through PACER.
