REGISTER OF MAILING ADDRESSES OF GOVERNMENTAL UNITS
Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 5003 (e) requires the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court to keep a register of mailing address of federal and state governmental units and to make the register available to the public. The mailing address in the register is conclusively presumed to be a proper address for the governmental unit, but the failure to use that mailing address does not invalidate any notice that is otherwise effective under applicable law.
If yours is a qualifying federal or state governmental unit please send an e-mail message to Attorney Advisor to the Clerk of Court, at attorney_advisor@moeb.uscourts.gov or send, on your agency’s letterhead, a letter identifying you, your agency and address to:
