Only parties granted advance permission to appear telephonically will receive dial-in information. Dial-in information may not be transmitted to unauthorized parties. The sharing of dial-in information to unauthorized parties may result in the loss of privileges to appear telephonically. Absent exigent circumstances, parties wishing to appear telephonically must contact the Judge’s Courtroom Deputy for permission to appear telephonically by 12:00 pm the day prior to the hearing.
