Transcript Services

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri digitally records proceedings. Written transcripts of these proceedings are made at the request of parties. Once complete, transcripts are filed with the Court and available for public viewing through the Court’s Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF). In accordance with Judicial Conference policy and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9037, any person may request the redaction of their private information disclosed in a proceeding before or after a transcript is filed electronically.

Procedure for Requesting a Transcript

Parties wishing to have a transcript made of a proceeding must file their request using the appropriate form Transcript Order AO 435

Instructions for Filing a Transcript Request

When logged into CM/ECF, select the following options in this order: Bankruptcy →Transcript → Enter case number → Continue → Request for Transcript → Continue → When linking the transcript request to a docket entry, choose the Motion/Application that was heard on the date at issue.

DO NOT LINK to the dispositions, an order, or an audio file link.

For parties without CM/ECF access, you may send your completed Transcript Order (AO 435) to the following email address: transcripts_recordings@moeb.uscourts.gov. A member of the Bankruptcy Court’s staff will confirm receipt of the request and docket the request in the appropriate case.
