The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts has advised that the prior general strike announced by the Canada Post has been updated to a rotating strike. As of October 17, 2025, the BNC has resumed mailing to addresses in Canada. However, significant delays should be expected. The BNC will post updates to the Bankruptcy Noticing Center website about notice to Canada.
