INFORMATION REGARDING TELEPHONIC HEARINGS IN THE BANKRUPTCY COURT

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri is following the guidance of Centers for Disease Control and is taking precautions in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, in addition to the Order of Chief Judge Clark entered on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri has given counsel the ability to appear for hearings telephonically until further notice. Participation by telephone waives any right to appear in person.

Parties wanting to appear telephonically shall contact the Courtroom Deputy assigned to the Judge presiding over the hearing via email in order to inform Chambers of their telephonic appearance. Call information for each hearing will be posted to this page and will be updated periodically for security purposes. Please check back for the most up to date call information.

NOTE: Recording telephonic proceedings from any location by any means is strictly prohibited. The audio recording maintained by the Bankruptcy Court is the sole basis for creation of a transcript and constitutes the official record of the telephonic proceeding.
