You must be admitted to practice in the Bankruptcy Court to receive a CM/ECF login and password to file documents. The Court's form pro hac vice motion is Local Form 7 and can be found in the Forms section of the Court's web site under any of the Chapters. The motion must be filed in the Bankrutpcy Court. It must be accompanied by a check made payable to "Clerk, U.S. District Court" in the amount of $100.00.
