CM/ECF (Case Management/Electronic Case Filing) is the electronic docketing system used by the US Bankruptcy Court. The system allows users to view and file court documents over the internet. A login and password is required to use the CM/ECF system. Please click on the Login/Password link on the left menu for registration information. You must be admitted to practice in the Bankruptcy Court to receive a CM/ECF login and password to file documents. The Court's form pro hac vice motion is Local Form 7 and can be found in the Forms section of the Court's web site under any of the Chapters. The motion must be filed in the Bankrutpcy Court. It must be accompanied by a check made payable to "Clerk, U.S. District Court" in the amount of $100.00.
